Deliverance at AGM Nigeria
November 2007
19-year-old Elizabeth was in severe bondage to the devil through an occult covenant she had made. She visited our AGM church in Warri, Nigeria where Pastor Chris Marere counseled and prayed for her . Elizabeth experienced a powerful deliverance and is now serving the Lord in our Warri church! Praise God for this and many other exciting testimonies of God’s grace at work in AGM Nigeria. Please pray for a three-day revival program being held at our headquarters church there November 29th to December 1st. Ask the Lord to bring others like Elizabeth into freedom in Christ. Pray also for our church at Amukpe, Nigeria: the church needs to acquire land and build its own church. Ask the Lord to strengthen Pastor Chris and his family as they lead the work in Nigeria.
Academy Opening
November 2007
Praise God for His provision for the official opening of the Agape Academy at our Children’s Home at Oyarifa! The opening ceremony was a joyful celebration of what the Lord has done for the 46 children now studying in K through 3rd grade at our school. The children recited Bible verses and sang praise to Jesus before we all prayed and committed the school into God’s hands. The official curriculum for Religious and Moral Education promoted by the government and used in local schools here teaches a mixture of Christianity, Islam, and Traditional African religion based on animism and idolatry. Thank God our school is different: the children at Agape Academy are learning the Bible along with their core academic subjects. Please pray for God’s continued provision for the Academy and for His blessings on the children and the teachers. Ask the Lord to provide the funds for us to construct our Academy building so that we can expand the school to accommodate all the children at our Home.

November Outreaches
November 2007
November is a month full of evangelistic outreaches for our new church in East Legon. Pray for God’s anointing and favor on all of our members and Ministers as we preach the Gospel on campuses, in the parks, and on the streets.
- On Friday the 16th, we’re reaching out to the lost at the Regional Maritime University in Teshie Nungua. As the only school for maritime studies in West Africa, the student body of the RMU consists of men and women from many nations, religions, and ethnic groups. Ask the Lord to bring a powerful impartation of His presence to the campus as we conduct our maiden outreach there.
- Agape Kidz, our Children’s Church, is holding a street march and parade on Saturday the 24th. Pray for God’s touch upon the hearts of the children in Shiashie, La Bawaleshie, and the Ambassadorial Enclave as we sing and proclaim Jesus on the streets!
- Our College and Career Fellowship will host a three-day event November 29th to December 1st in Madina, featuring Gospel music, dance, and testimonies. Pray for the youth and the college students from IPS and the University of Ghana at Legon to be touched by the power of God. Ask the Lord to bring many to Christ and that the entire community of Madina will be impacted by the Gospel.
